The rental office adheres to the Personal Data Protection Act.

The Rental Office may use the information provided by the tenant for the following purposes:

Processing of the booking;
Sending emails related to the rental agreement;
Occasionally drawing attention to information, tips, interesting facts, etc. that the rental office believes can contribute to a more successful and meaningful website for the potential tenant.

No disclosure of data to third parties;
Information provided by the tenant to the Rental Office will never be passed on to third parties unless with the explicit permission of the tenant (eg for taking out cancellation insurance).

Adjustment of customer data;
The tenant has the option at all times to change the data provided. In such a case, the rental office may ask the tenant to communicate the change in a manner prescribed by the rental office, and in some cases identification may be required.
